These are the people in your dog park

I encountered a beautiful black chow at the dog park this morning. This dog was truly bearlike and perfect looking. Its mama, however, had but one tooth centrally located in the middle of where the 2 front teeth usually are. She spoke to me but I could not understand a single article let alone a verb or noun. That was awkward.

hi wendy: this is ian the pianist from "the fed." cory, our guitarist and his lovely wife, jill came by a friend's house for dinner earlier this week. the group house that hosted the dinner has a deaf fella who lives there.

cory and jill politely introduced themselves to the aforementioned housemate, and then were all like: "what country is he from?"

i told them he was dutch.

in all seriousness, thank you for your kind words about the show you happened upon last month. it made our day, and you should know you have increased your number of loyal readers by at least three.

you provide a valuable--and fun and well-written--service to your local arts community by doing what you do here.

w/ heartfelt thanks,

The Fed is here? I better fix my 'do and sweep the corners! Thanks, Ian. I regret not making it to your recent Asylum and Wonderland gigs, but I'll be keeping an eye out for you.

This one's for all the Dutch speakers out there...
