Sesamoids are these little bones in the ball of your big toe and they can get irritated and inflamed pretty easily. Unfortunately, this is happening on my right side going to market piggy quite currently. About 8 months ago I started having trouble with this area but in the last week, with the switch from summer sandals to fall boots, a little pain has turned to a lot. If you see a "missed connection" for the girl limping about town, let me know. I could use a date to sweep me off my feet. My adhoc podiatrist says I should take a bunch of Advil and not wear heels. You see, it's hard to get sesamoids to settle down if you keep riling them up.
