It's official. I'm looking for work. If you or anyone you know may need someone like me, I encourage you wholeheartedly to make an introduction.
I received a BA in English and Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA (1998). I have a JD from Northeastern School of Law in Boston, MA (2002).
I was most recently employed by a small non-profit think tank called Future of Music Coalition here in DC. I was the first non-founder to be hired there and spent my two years heavily involved in the organization's strategic planning process, advisory board building, grant writing, financial tracking and budgeting, development initiatives, conference planning, article writing and researching.
My background is in artist management and intellectual property law, specifically copyright as it pertains to the music industry. I'm more than willing to stray from those topics but staying within my strengths of writing, editing, and researching would be preferable.
CV and References available upon request. Thanks in advance for your leads!
