FMC headquarters is blaring the new Andrew Bird record, The Mysterious Production of Eggs, today. Whoo doggies, is it ever good. Or as The New York TImes put it,

“It's got some of Arcade Fire's orchestral-rock charm, but without the big production and the angst - and a lot more whistling and songs about science.”

Also, Newley P. sends along a link to a Larry Lessig penned article in Wired about the P2P WAR and Wilco and racism.

It should be noted that this is only my second mention of Arcade Fire on this blog. And it's a cursory mention... We're progressing nicely here, thanks.
